Our flat rate delivery charges vary upon the shipping method you choose. We ship to most destinations of the world with flat rate delivery charge per one delivery destination.

For privacy, all parcels will be unmarked and in standard protective padded bags.
PLEASE NOTE: EMS parcels can be sent to most countries around the world except Germany, Sweden, Norway, Indonesia and South Africa. We do not offer express delivery of your orders to the named destinations; please choose registered air mail instead.
Tracking Your Shipment
If you choose express mail, we will provide you with a tracking number and you will be able to observe your package progress on the internet.
Depending on when the delivery company picks up your package at our pharmacy, this tracking number may not be entered into their system until the next business day. That means if your order is shipped late Friday afternoon or on Saturday, they may not scan your package until Monday, and your tracking number may not work until then.
Customs/Import Duties and Local Delivery
On International orders, customs and import duties, if any, are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Customs may delay your order. All custom duties and taxes are your responsibility. It’s beyond our influence how long your order takes to clear through foreign customs. We are not responsible for customs fees and VAT taxes. We provide all necessary paperwork to ensure fast processing.
Estimating total shipping time
Order processing time is 2 days. Shipping time is based on the service level option you select. Total delivery time is based on order processing time plus shipping time.
Our pharmacy and our shipping partners are not able to influence local delivery practices. The arrival times shown for International shipping indicate the amount of time it will take for your order to reach your recipient's local post office. The time it takes to get your order from the local post office to your recipient's address can vary widely from country to country. Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.
